Hey y’all! Welcome to our episode today on how to slow down in this fast paced world. In todays episode, we talk about how bad American society is at relaxing and focusing, and what we can do about it (from personal experience and research!)
We hope this episode inspires you to create a routine where you can slow down on a daily basis. Microsoft did a study recently, and concluded that the average attention span is 2022 has dropped 25% in just a few years to a whopping….. 8 SECONDS. COME ON GUYS. It’s not easy, but we can start small by simply adding in a 5 minute walk everyday or using your vibrator to unwind in bed at night instead of staring at your phone 🤣 
We hope this episode makes you stop and slow the fuck down and when you realize you’re rushing your life away, stop and take a second to smell the roses and take in the beauty around you.
